The newest member of our family... J.D. We got him from the pound back in August, and I think he's about 7 months old now. He's a White German Shepherd/ Husky mix, and we just love him.
Daddy love at the park.
Kaylin and her BFF Hailey.
Teresa came down to hang with us before Kaylin's Surgery.
Kaylin and her "Gaga Beesa" (Grandma Teresa) playing in the tub!
Snuggling in the hotel lobby. It's like 5:00 A.M. in this pic...
Kaylin and Rick outside of one of the many waiting rooms we sat in.
Kaylin and Mommy snuggling right before they took her away. :(
This is where Kaylin would hang out ALL DAY LONG for about a week and a half. She would wake up in the morning, I'd move her from her crib to the Pack'nPlay, and she'd stay here for about 95% of the day watching Kung Fu Panda... her favorite movie ever... nonstop. All three of us have the movie pretty much memorized by now. ;)
About 2 Hours after the Surgery. Everything went well, she was really doped up and slept most of the day. Here's Kaylin chillin with L-R... Jingle Bear, Rainbow Bunny, Kaylin, Horsey, and Pumpkin Bear.
This pic was taken about a week after the surgery... I know this because before then, she couldn't even sit up or roll over.

Here's her scar.

Here's her scar.
Kaylin is starting to walk now, and will be starting physical therapy hopefully next week.

Oh jeez...I don't even know how you did that surgery. It makes me want to cry just looking at the pictures. That could be the crazy hormones I'm having right now though.
But she looks great! She's so cute. I'm glad she's starting to walk and that the surgery went so well. And from far away it looks like they did a really good job with the cut, I bet her scar will fade to hardly anything over the next few years.
